Personal information collected on our website by the forms that are filled out by visitors or clients is used solely for our own purposes. These may include:

  • Follow-up by email to provide a satisfactory customer service.

The only information that we collect is that which is specifically entered into the online forms on our site as well as the information in our log files, which is limited to the IP address of the person visiting our site. 

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a set of numbers, that serve as that computer’s “Internet Protocol” IP address. When a visitor requests a page from our site, our web servers automatically recognize that visitor’s IP address. The IP address reveals nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our Site. We use this information to examine our web site traffic in aggregate. We do not collect and evaluate this information for specific individuals except to investigate misuse of our website. Our Web servers do not automatically record e-mail addresses of the visitors. 

We maintain a strict “No-Spam” policy, which means that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.

Gem Research and Stripe will share information with each other only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make for materials from our Site and to enable us to retrieve payments from Stripe. We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information (i) to comply with applicable laws and government requests, (ii) to be able to operate our systems properly or (iii) to protect ourselves or our users.
